South Persie House is a property of substance, equally balanced in airy spaciousness, as well as comforting cosiness. The cherry on the cake is of course its very own swimming pool.

Space is the strong suit of this beautiful property, as it offers various places to lounge about and dine, making it perfect for multi-family meet-ups. There are two comfortable living areas, each with their own wood-burners adding charm and a lovely ambience. Think family board game evenings, with hot chocolate on chilly winter nights in front of the fire.

For those seeking to read a book and bask in light, while beholding the beauty of the garden, the conservatory is the perfect space to do so!

Gastronomes will no doubt be thrilled with the idea of a huge kitchen and Aga to match. There is a farm style kitchen table where friends and family can informally dine or be part of the culinary action. Just off the kitchen is a more formal dining area that seats 10.

The house boasts five bedrooms in total, all of which are upstairs. There is the fabulous master suite with oodles of space and storage (the bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and a free-standing roll top bath), two double bedrooms (one being en suite) and two twin rooms (with zip link beds). Outside South Persie House, there is a path that leads from the house to the heated swimming pool which is located in a pool house. Children must be supervised at all times in the pool house, due to the length and depth of the pool (an impressive 35 feet long and 5 feet deep). Clear skies at night and windows in the ceiling create a magical view of the stars.

The grounds extend to over 2 acres and include an abundance of parking, a patio area and many trees and vegetation which offer a feeling of privacy.
