FISHING IN THE GLENS
There are lots of places to fish in the area with trout and salmon in abundance. Upper and lower Glenshee is part of the Tay system starting up at Dalmunzie with vital spawning grounds in the Lochsie and Taitneach Burns, then becoming the Shee Water, the Blackwater, the Ericht and then the Tay.
Season dates
The salmon season in most of this part of the Tay system runs from 15th January to 15th October often with no fishing on a Sunday. Salmon fishing is strictly prohibited on our estate as the waters are protected.
