Receptionist Required

We are looking for a professional and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Castle Hotel. If you have excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanour and the ability to manage front-desk operations efficiently, we would love to hear from you.

About the role

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage phone calls, emails and front-desk inquiries
  • Maintain an organised and presentable reception area
  • Provide administrative support to the team
