We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our Hotel Estate. If you take pride in maintaining high standards, leading a team, and ensuring guests enjoy a safe and well-maintained environment, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

• Oversee all maintenance operations across the hotel estate
• Manage planned preventative maintenance schedules
• Lead and support the maintenance team and contractors
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
• Monitor equipment performance and estate infrastructure
