Sauchmore, is situated a quarter of a mile past Dalmunzie Hotel and has beautiful views towards the golf course, glen and hills above; these can be seen from the garden or from inside the sitting room through the large French windows.

The Sauchmore cottage is arranged over two floors. The upstairs is comprised of:

• one twin bedded room with basin
• one double bedroom with basin
• shower room (added in 2021)

The downstairs boasts a large, open plan kitchen and dining room (renovated in 2021), bathroom, sitting room with wood burning stove, as well as a utility room.
